What riders say about GoKarts USA

Fast shipping and the kart arrived crated with no damage. Took about an hour to finish assembly and it ran first pull.

Derek M., Texas

Ordered a 125cc kart for my son. Great value, and the parts I needed later were actually in stock.

Alicia R., Ohio

Called before ordering and got a straight answer on sizing. The UTV is exactly what was described.

Second dirt bike from GoKarts USA. Support answered my questions about jetting the same day.

How to buy the right go kart

Start with the rider, not the price tag. A 40cc to 110cc gas go kart suits kids and backyard laps, 125cc to 200cc covers most teens and adults, and 200cc and up is where two seater go karts and four seater go karts live. Our adult go karts are built around adult legroom and seat height, while kids go karts use governed throttles, smaller frames and adjustable pedals so a young driver actually fits the machine.

Gas go karts or electric go karts?

Gas powered go karts run longer, refuel in seconds and are cheap to service — the reason most buyers looking for a go kart for sale end up on a gas model. An electric go kart is quieter, needs almost no maintenance and works well for younger drivers and neighbourhoods where noise matters, but you plan around charge time instead of a fuel can. Both are honest choices; pick the one that matches where you ride.

Racing go karts and go kart kits

If lap times matter, racing go karts put you low to the ground with a stiff chassis, live axle and a race seat. Prefer to build it yourself? Our go kart kits and go kart frames let you spec your own engine, clutch and gearing — a Predator swap on a bare frame is still the cheapest route into kart racing.

Mini bikes, dirt bikes and pocket bikes

A gas mini bike is the simplest way into powersports — torquey, forgiving and cheap to run, which is why mini bikes for adults stay our most requested two-wheeler for adults and teens. Riders who want suspension travel and real ground clearance move to dirt bikes for sale in 70cc to 125cc, including pit bikes for track days, while pocket bikes keep things small and cheap for flat pavement.

Delivery, assembly and support

Complete karts, mini bikes and ATVs ship crated on a pallet by freight and arrive mostly assembled — expect an hour or two of final fitting, fluids and a break-in oil change. Parts and gear ship parcel, free over the qualifying order value. Every machine is covered against manufacturing defects, and because we stock service parts for what we sell, your kart is still repairable years from now.

Go kart buying questions, answered

How much is shipping on a go kart?

Free on orders over $200.00. Standard shipping is a flat $350.00. Complete machines ship crated on a pallet by freight.

Do go karts arrive assembled?

Machines ship mostly assembled in a protective crate. Expect final fitting of the steering wheel or handlebars, wheels, seats or a roll cage plus fluids — around one to two hours with basic hand tools.

What size go kart should I buy?

Match displacement and seat height to the rider. 40cc to 110cc suits kids and backyard use, 125cc to 200cc covers most teen and adult riding, and 200cc and up is where two-seat karts and UTVs live. Never buy oversized and hope the rider grows into it.

Are your go karts street legal?

Most models are built for off-road use on private property and designated trails. Street legality depends on your state and the specific model, so check your local rules before riding on public roads.

Where do you ship?

We ship across the lower 48 states from our US warehouse. Alaska, Hawaii and international destinations are quoted case by case.

Can I track my delivery?

Yes. Tracking is emailed as soon as the label is scanned, and freight shipments are scheduled with you before delivery.

Is there a warranty?

Every machine carries a warranty against manufacturing defects. Register your purchase, keep your order number, and contact us with photos if anything is wrong on arrival.

Can I still get parts in a few years?

Yes. We stock service parts — engines, carburettors, chains, sprockets, clutches, brakes, tyres and body panels — for the models we sell rather than special-ordering them overseas.

What maintenance does a go kart need?

Change the oil after break-in and on schedule after that, clean the air filter after dusty rides, keep the chain lubricated and tensioned, check tyre pressures, and use fresh fuel or a stabiliser in storage.

Are gas go karts better than electric go karts?

Gas powered go karts give you longer run time, quick refuelling and cheap servicing, which is why most buyers pick them. An electric go kart is quieter and nearly maintenance free, and suits younger drivers or noise-sensitive neighbourhoods, but you plan around charge time. Both are listed side by side in our go karts category.

Do you sell mini bikes and dirt bikes as well as go karts?

Yes. Alongside go karts for sale we stock gas mini bikes for adults and kids, dirt bikes and pit bikes from 70cc to 125cc, pocket bikes, ATVs, four wheelers, UTVs and street legal scooters — plus Predator engines, go kart frames and mini bike parts to keep them running.

Can I build my own kart with a go kart kit?

Absolutely. Go kart kits and bare frames let you choose your own engine, clutch and gearing. A Predator engine on a frame kit is still the cheapest way into kart racing, and we stock the chains, sprockets, torque converters and brakes you need to finish the build.
